Make custom fields available on issues
Custom fields inside issues would be a good feature to add some more information to issues, for instance for classifying them.
These / some infos can not be stored inside the long text fields in a good way.

It could be useful to have a (combo) field to select the USER (outside teamwork) that has signaled the issue.It could be wonderful also when the issue is closed to have the way to send an email to USER.
