Set customize pages as home for PM / worker

Like the existing checkbox "set as home for everyone" on a customized home when logge as admin, it could be nice to have the choice between "set as home for project managers", or "...for workers" for example. A project manager generally views "project summary" while a worker views "planned work", "worklog"...
