Include the 'summa' (Summary) information about the Document being added

When adding Documents you can include a 'Summa' (Summary) where you can write extra points/info about the Document being added. PLEASE include this information in the Notification Email (That a Document has been added) This would save time for not having to send a seperate email about whats been uploaded! Thanks
