Users and Project Managers should be able to view overtime hours in the timesheet.

TwProject shall be able to count the business days per month/week and check how many extra hours were made. Something like the "Missing worklog".

Overtime = Sum_of_my_working_hours - ( Sum_of_monthly_working_hours - my_absences_hours)
