I thought about it from a user perspective, so I meant a possibility that user could define prefix for emails sent only to him. If a worker is using his email for other things than teamwork it would help him in sorting messages (i.e. put messages from teamwork in separate folder).

Also, when I get sticky notes it's easy to see what they are about, because I can see the body of a message, in emails I get just multiple "task status changed", and I have to go through them all to see what they are about, it would be nice if a topic of such email could look like this: "[TEAMWORK][TaskName]Task status changed".

A fixed prefix is useless as all mails come from TW's e-mail address and are hence recognizable. We added in the subject of messages the main object (usually a task) where they come from.
